Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Please note that pieces need to be shipped back to us at your own expense. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them.

For all US deliveries we use USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email. As soon as an order is made and the payment has been received and authorized, we try our very best to ship your item(s) within 7 days but as our pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. For all International deliveries we use USPS. As soon as an order is made and the payment has been received and authorized, we try our very best to ship your item(s) within 1-2 weeks but as our pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. We try our best to avoid any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination as we understand different governments policies, however customers are responsible for the charges if they do arise. Late and lost delays
Items can be replaced once they are classified as lost items by USPS.
On international deliveries, your parcel is usually handled by more than one courier service. Hence when parcels are sent abroad, the actual delivery of your parcel will be their responsibility. Often delays of up to 10 days are caused by customs checks.
Parcels that are tracked as being delivered but not received by the customer (This may happen if you have provided us with your work address, where a colleague within your company or someone else has received it for you). In these cases you will need to obtain a proof of delivery certificate from USPS. Please note that BISOU JEWELRY does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For such reasons we recommend that you provide us with your full home address including unit number, floor level, house number, street names and post code for all deliveries.
You will receive your jewellery in a black and white satin Bisou Jewelry pouch along with our spiritual description card.
Jewelry is warranted up to 1 year from date of purchase. We do request you to keep the pieces from the broken item, if the complete broken parts are not provided there may be a repair fee. If your piece does break please email us at email@example.com.
All of our pieces are made with the highest quality of materials Beads are made in solid 14k gold, or solid sterling silver, or black onyx, or hematite. Charms are made in sterling silver with plated 18k gold with cubic zirconia/ Swarovski. Our pieces are water resistant.
